His undeniable commitment to providing a high-quality news publication for the Uptown Community has been recognized by publishers across the Commonwealth. He has worked hard to make sure that community voices are heard and that local small businesses in our community are connected to the consumer base. His quest to make sure that African Amercian neighborhoods are not news desserts has led him to acquire the editorial rights of additional African American newspapers in the West Philadelphia Journal and the South Jersery Journal.

The PA News Leaders is a Committee of Publisher from across the Commonwealth, who are members of the PA News Media Association.
