Panthers defeat Upper Dublin to advance to the State Finals

Imhotep continues the heat well into the winter months of playoff football defeating Upper Dublin by a score of 21-14

Tep got out to a 21 nothing lead until the opponent tried to battle back but the Panthers who have been excellent in the post season were not about to go home without a win

This marks the second consecutive State Title game for Imhotep who has remained a powerhouse in the sport of football as well as basketball in the city

Last year Tep was defeated by Penn Trafford from District 7 by a score of 17-14

The Panthers haven’t won the States since 2015 making this one even more special and will further uphold their team motto of “Best is Standard”

As always congratulations for making it this far into the playoffs and standing one game between the state title
